Plain English for a small podcast and newsletter. If you leave us an email, here is what we do with it — and what we do not.
Who we are
ROI of Love is a podcast and website hosted by LaLa Love at https://roiof.love. For privacy questions, write howdy@roiof.love.
What we collect
- Email address. If you join LoveNotes or request the Time & Priority Audit, you give us an email. We use MailerLite to store it and to send what you asked for.
- Messages you send. If you write howdy@roiof.love, we keep the correspondence so we can reply.
- Site cookies and logs. WordPress and our host may set cookies needed for the site to load, and may log basic technical data such as browser type or IP address to keep the site secure. If analytics are enabled, they may collect aggregated visit information. We do not use that to sell ads.
We do not ask for a mailing address. We do not sell your information. We do not buy lists.
MailerLite
MailerLite is our email processor. When you subscribe, your email is stored on their systems so we can send LoveNotes, the Time Audit, and related notes. MailerLite acts on our instructions. You can read how they handle data in their own privacy policy. We do not use your inbox as a marketplace.
Unsubscribe
Every LoveNotes email includes an unsubscribe link. Use it anytime. You can also write howdy@roiof.love and ask us to remove you. We will.
Cookies
The site may use cookies so pages work, forms load, and — if analytics are turned on — so we can see what is useful. You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site (including newsletter forms) may not work as well if you do.
Other sites
Listen links go to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and similar platforms. We also use MailerLite for LoveNotes. Those services have their own policies. We are not responsible for what they collect once you leave roiof.love.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you have seen the new version.
